Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to provide information and promote financial products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Assist customers in understanding financial concepts and products
- Utilize financial acumen to address customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Qualifications

- Knowledge of banking and financial services
- Proficiency in financial analysis and math
- Solid relationship management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Experience in sales is a plus
