Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic SAP Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs on SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train students, fresh graduates, and working professionals through both classroom and online sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, or S/4HANA.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on sessions with real-time business scenarios.
- Evaluate learners through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Provide guidance on SAP implementation concepts and best practices.
- Update course content based on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Support students with project work, interview preparation, and certification guidance.
- Maintain attendance records and training progress reports.




- Coordinate with the training and placement teams to ensure successful learner outcomes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, S/4HANA).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in classroom and online training.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA.
- Good problem-solving and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP Certification is preferred.
- Prior experience as an SAP Trainer or SAP Consultant is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SAP implementation or support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP certification exam patterns.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
