Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) Interns to support our Franchise Sales team. The interns will assist in identifying potential franchise partners, generating qualified leads, conducting market research, and coordinating with prospects throughout the franchise sales process. This role offers hands-on experience in franchise development, sales, and business expansion within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential franchise prospects in assigned territories.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, online portals, databases, and outbound calling.




- Conduct initial outreach to introduce the franchise chance.
- Qualify prospects based on investment capacity, business interest, and location preferences.
- Schedule meetings for the Franchise Sales Manager with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead data and update the CRM regularly.
- Follow up with prospective franchise partners via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Support franchise sales campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation and follow-up activities.
