Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Executive to manage and grow our presence on online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for order management, and coordinating with internal teams to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, website store).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for account-related queries.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

3. Inventory & Order Management

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Ensure timely order processing, shipping, and returns handling.
- Avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

4. Reporting & Analytics

- Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and performance metrics.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Excel,



or platform dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights for improvement.

Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Monitor product performance, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for inventory updates.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of payments and reports.
- Maintain account health metrics (ratings, cancellations, delays).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
