- Handle customer queries and provide basic technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware/software-related issues.
- Diagnose technical problems and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times.
