Job Title: Quality Control Manager

About the Role KSKT AGROMART is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance processes at our Distribution Center. The role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of fruits, vegetables, and exotic produce, while establishing and maintaining robust quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end quality control operations at the DC.
- Inspect incoming fruits, vegetables, and exotic produce for freshness, grading, and compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs for quality checks, storage, and handling.
- Train QC Executives and warehouse teams on quality parameters.
- Monitor temperature, hygiene, and storage practices.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality reports, rejection data, and vendor feedback.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–4 years of experience in quality control of fresh produce, especially exotic fruits and vegetables.
- Robust understanding of grading, shelf life, and post-harvest handling.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.
- Must be willing to work from the DC, 6 days a week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Quality Management, or related field
- Experience in handling fresh agro produce is an added advantage

Preferred Industry Background: Fresh produce, food retail, e-commerce, supply chain, FMCG, or agribusiness.

- Accurate quality reporting and vendor feedback.
- Strong team training and SOP adherence.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
