Core Responsibilities

- Design & Drafting: Draft 2D floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction documents (GFC).
- 3D Modeling: Create 3D designs, diagrams, and photorealistic renderings for client presentations.
- Project Support: Assist in building specifications, project research, and preliminary feasibility reports.
- Compliance & Site Work: Conduct site visits, assist in field measurements, and help research local building codes.
- Team Coordination: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants to coordinate project details

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM software like Revit is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong spatial reasoning, attention to detail, and clear written/verbal communication.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and zoning regulations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
