About the Role

We are looking for a Management faculty member who can teach concepts in a easy, practical, and engaging way.

You will work with BBA and MBA students across subjects like Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, and Operations.

The goal is to help students develop strong business understanding, communication skills, and confidence for the workplace.

What You Will Do

- Teach core BBA and MBA subjects based on your specialisation
- Use case studies, business examples, presentations, and practical assignments
- Guide students on live projects, business plans, research, and internships
- Help students understand current business trends and real industry problems
- Mentor students for placements, interviews,



group discussions, and presentations
- Support academic planning, assessments, and curriculum development
- Organise workshops, guest sessions, business simulations, and industry visits

What We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of Management and Business concepts
- Ability to explain complex ideas in simple language
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Interest in practical teaching and student development
- Comfortable using case studies, projects, and classroom discussions
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- NET or PhD is preferred, wherever applicable

Bonus If You

- Have industry or startup experience
- Have taught BBA or MBA students before
- Can teach subjects across Marketing, HR, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or Operations
- Have mentored students on business plans, internships, or live projects
- Create business content, case studies, or learning material

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
