Job Title: Assistant Professor – Pharmacy Department

Qualification Required:

- M. Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) or Ph.D from a recognized university/institution (any specialization such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, etc.).
- Candidates with GPAT qualification, publications, or research experience will be given preference.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching or research experience in a recognized pharmacy college or pharmaceutical industry.

Salary Range:

- ₹18,000 to ₹70,000 per month (depending on qualification, specialization, and experience).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in respective pharmacy subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and laboratory manuals as per the curriculum.
- Supervise and guide students in laboratory work, projects, and research activities.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of laboratory equipment and materials.
- Assist in developing curriculum and academic planning for the department.
- Participate in academic audits,



NAAC/PCI compliance, and institutional development programs.
- Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
- Support departmental and institutional events, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and high teaching standards.

Skills and Competencies:

- In-depth subject knowledge and practical expertise in pharmaceutical sciences.
- Familiarity with PCI norms and academic regulations.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle laboratory sessions safely and effectively.
