We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting the senior design team through all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing design concepts, 2D drawings, and 3D models under the guidance of senior architects.
- Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and design documentation.
- Support in drafting construction drawings, layouts, and detail sections.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors for drawings, samples, and specifications.
- Conduct basic site visits and assist in preparing site reports.
- Ensure all design output aligns with project requirements and local building regulations.
- Stay updated with material trends, architecture software, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of experience in architectural design or internships.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong eye for design, detailing, and visual presentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced project environment.
