We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Network & IT Infrastructure Intern to join our IT team. This internship will provide hands-on experience with real-world networking tasks, system setups, and infrastructure support. You will work closely with the Network & IT Infrastructure Manager and gain practical knowledge in managing networks, supporting users, and maintaining IT systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring, maintaining, and monitoring LAN/WAN networks and wireless setups.
- Support troubleshooting activities related to network connectivity, system performance, and user access issues.
- Help manage and maintain IT hardware like routers, switches, servers, and firewalls.
- Provide support for end-users regarding basic network, printer,
and system-related issues.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and assist in maintaining the IT knowledge base.
- Participate in network audits, inventory management, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Learn and assist with data backups, security protocols, and server maintenance.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Explicit verbal and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
