Agadh is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist / Senior Media Buyer with proven experience scaling Indian D2C & e-commerce brands.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
- Scale high-performing campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC & revenue metrics
- Work closely with creative teams for ad creatives, hooks & UGC concepts
- Conduct audience testing, creative testing & funnel optimization
- Manage full-funnel performance marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign data and make data-driven scaling decisions
- Track attribution, Pixel events & conversion performance
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Media Buying
- Mandatory experience handling Indian D2C/e-commerce clients
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Solid understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, attribution & scaling strategies
- Experience optimizing campaigns for sales, lead generation & customer acquisition
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup from Mumbai
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing high monthly ad spends
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of funnels, landing pages & conversion optimization
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
