Key Responsibilities

- Handling day-to-day accounting operations
- Customer invoicing and vendor bill processing
- Accounts receivable & payable management
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- GST invoicing, reconciliation & compliance support
- TDS entries and related accounting work
- Coordination with operations and sales teams for billing
- Handling freight forwarding-related accounting entries
- Maintaining accurate financial records in Tally/ERP
- Preparing MIS reports and outstanding reports

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics accounting
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS & reconciliations
- Hands-on experience in Tally & MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
