- Liaise with site team, land aggregator, and Sub-brokers for acquisition or leasing.
- Support legal due diligence and documentation processes (title verification, agreements, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with local land laws and solar policy guidelines.
- Maintain land records, acquisition status trackers, and regular reporting dashboards.
- Travel extensively within Gujarat for site assessments and stakeholder engagement.
