Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA degree, possess excellent English communication skills, and have strong computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain sales records.
- Ensure timely communication with prospects and existing customers.





Required Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Development Support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Good analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
