Qualification Required: B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for structural components using software such as Revit.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into the overall BIM project model.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of structural models and associated documentation.
- Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to structural elements.
- Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
- Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
- Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
Skills Required:
- Robust understanding of structural engineering principles and design codes.
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in structural modeling and detailing.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the structural discipline.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on BIM models and associated documentation.
