About the Role

Spirehub Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior SEO Executive to lead our organic growth initiatives and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SEO, SMO, and Paid Advertising, with a proven track record of improving website rankings, generating quality leads, and increasing online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple projects.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Conduct website audits and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

- Create and execute social media growth strategies across major platforms.
- Optimize company profiles and content for maximum engagement.
- Increase brand awareness, audience reach, and lead generation through social channels.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for social media campaigns.

Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Perform audience targeting,



budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIs.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, and Paid Ads.
- Expert knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of WordPress and website optimization techniques.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
- Google Ads or Digital Marketing certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple client projects and digital marketing campaigns.
