- Drive cost and process optimization by identifying opportunities for cost reduction and lead time improvement in mold design and repairs
- Implement lean principles and root cause analysis for continuous improvement
- Develop KPIs and track performance for tooling activities
- Manage and mentor the toolroom team and technicians
- Provide regular reports on tooling status, issues, and improvements
