The Academic Counsellor is responsible for managing and coordinating demo bookings for US-based students and parents by aligning teacher availability with customer requirements across US time zones. This role requires robust communication skills, quick execution, relationship management, and efficient handling of operational tools to ensure a seamless demo scheduling experience for international customers.

Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral or clear accent preferred) Willingness to work night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
with a rotational weekday off Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Fast decision-making and execution with attention to detail Good memory for teacher profiles, availability patterns, and US customer preferences Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internal operational tools Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift hours Prior experience in night shift BPO, EdTech operations, or pre-sales coordination is preferred
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
