HEAD CHEF JOB VACANCY

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

We are looking for a chef who can cook Bengali Thali dishes with multiple items & North Indian Dishes

Example: -

Thalis - Multiple veg items with Fish Curry, Chicken & Mutton Kosha etc.

North Indian- Butter chicken/paneer, Naam, Roti etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Create SOP & Recipe of Every Dish with our Management

2. Check taste, presentation, portion size, daily stock requirement handover

3. Maintain Quality & Control Food cost percentage (Identify & maintain the best selling items food cost weekly)

4. Daily wastage track(which items, how much quantity & note them in paper to control it.

5. Allot Section-wise work, supervise preparation & service team, solve issues immediately

6. Kitchen cleaning & hygiene check, monitor peak hours, staff training & discipline, service speed, make closing reports
