Position Summary

Rafih Auto Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of goods, equipment, supplies, and services across multiple dealership locations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high quality standards, vendor relationships, inventory availability, and compliance with company purchasing policies.

The Purchase Manager will work closely with dealership management, service departments, parts departments, finance, facilities, marketing, and corporate leadership to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing

- Manage all company purchasing activities across dealership locations.

- Source products, equipment, tools, office supplies, furniture, uniforms, marketing materials, and operational supplies.

- Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.

- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and service.

- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure approvals follow company policy.

- Monitor purchase requests from departments and ensure timely fulfillment.

Vendor Management

- Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and annual pricing agreements.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly.
- Identify alternative suppliers to reduce costs and minimize supply risks.
- Resolve supplier issues regarding deliveries, shortages, returns, and warranty claims.
- Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels for commonly purchased operational supplies.




- Prevent overstocking and stock shortages.
- Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Standardize products and suppliers where appropriate.
- Ensure purchases remain within approved budgets.

Financial Responsibilities

- Review invoices against purchase orders and receiving records.

- Coordinate with the accounting department regarding invoice discrepancies.

- Track purchasing expenses and prepare monthly procurement reports.

- Support annual budgeting and forecasting.

- Process Improvement

- Develop and improve procurement procedures.

- Maintain accurate purchasing records.

- Ensure purchasing complies with company policies and internal controls.

- Recommend technology and automation improvements to streamline purchasing.

- Cross-Department Collaboration

- Work closely with:

- General Managers

- Fixed Operations

- Parts Department

- Service Department

- Facilities & Maintenance

- Marketing Team

- Finance Department

- Corporate Leadership

- Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare procurement dashboards and reports including:

- Monthly purchasing spend

Vendor performance

Cost savings achieved

Open purchase orders

Budget variance

Inventory status

Contract renewals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field preferred.

EXP :5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.

Automotive dealership or multi-location purchasing experience is considered a strong asset.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement software.





Experience working with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, PBS, Dealertrack, etc.) is an asset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
