Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive to manage production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Plan and control raw material availability to avoid production delays.
- Track production progress and resolve planning-related issues.
- Maintain production MIS reports, planning records, and inventory data.
- Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress)



and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and production capacity planning.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Work on continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce lead time.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling.
- Good understanding of inventory management and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience as a PPC Executive in a manufacturing industry.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in production planning, material planning, and inventory control.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
