LWe are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer / QS Engineer – Civil with mandatory experience in Mivan/Aluminium Formwork and High-Rise Residential Building Projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Billing.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare and review BOQs, rate analysis, and reconciliation statements.
- Verify contractor bills as per executed quantities and site progress.
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB), billing records, and project documentation.
- Track project costs, variations, extra items, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors for billing validation.
- Ensure timely submission and closure of monthly billing cycles.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Mandatory experience in Mivan/Aluminium Formwork Projects.
- Mandatory experience in High-Rise Residential Buildings (G+10 and above).
- Candidates without Mivan experience will not be considered.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Billing, and Rate Analysis.
- Good understanding of RCC works, Mivan shuttering quantities, and High-Rise construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to independently handle contractor and client billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
