Krishna Associates & Developers is a growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who can handle property inquiries, assist clients throughout the sales process, and maintain accurate property inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound property inquiries.
• Assist customers in understanding property options and scheduling site visits.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain and update property inventory records in Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding property availability and pricing.
• Keep property details, booking status, and inventory updated.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining inventory and sales records.
• Ability to confidently interact with clients.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
• Graduate preferred (12th Pass/Undergraduate candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply).
