Urgently required for the post of Turner

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate conventional lathe machines to perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and finishing operations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications accurately.
- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and ensure proper alignment before operations.
- Monitor machining process and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Check finished components using measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.
- Maintain required production output and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Skills & Requirements:

- Knowledge of lathe machine operations and tooling.




- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Understanding of safety practices in machining operations.

Qualification:

- ITI in Turner / Machinist or equivalent.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in machining/lathe operations.

Working Conditions:

- Shop floor setting.
- Rotational shifts as per production requirements.
