Roles And Responsibilities

- Counsellor for Permanent Residency, Work Permit, Jobseeker visa, etc. for Canada, Australia, etc. Countries.
- Ability to explain various visa processes, helping the clients to understand immigration procedures for Canada, Australia, etc. Countries.
- Advice On The Overseas Options Available, To Enable The Candidates & Their Family Makes An
- Educated Choice & The Right Decision.
- Call Potential Customers Through Daily Assigned Leads And Secure Appointments For The Week.
- Give Clear And Accurate Information Based On The Current Immigration & Visa Laws & Policies.
- Provide A Fair And Neutral Evaluation Of A Candidates Profile.
- Provide A Personal Global Career Strategy Customized To Their Needs.
- Achieve Excellent Customer Service By Proactively Responding To Client Queries And Advising Customers
- On Their Overseas Immigration And Visa Needs.
- Making Outbound Calls To Either Warm Or Hot Leads Provided, To Assist Them By Answering Questions In
- Regards To Visas They Are Interested In Applying For And Signing Them Up
- Provide Skilled Consultation To High Net-Worth Clients.




- Perform Sales Pitch To Interest Prospects And Close Them On The Spot.
- Meet The Assigned Targets.

Skills Required

- Should Have Sales Experience In Visa Or Immigration Industry.
- Describe Different Visa Application Process, Benefits And Special Offers To Clients.
- Must Have Experience In Student Visa Counsellor, Sales, and University Selection For Canada.
- Identify Correct Prospect According To The Eligibility Standards & Convert Into A Sale.
- Establish And Maintain Current Client And Potential Client Relationships.
- Regular Follow-Up On Enquiries Received.
- Identify, Resolve Queries & Handling Objections Of Clients.
- Maximum Achievement Of Goals And Service Levels.
- Effective Pipeline Management.
- Able To Achieve Monthly Target.
- Any Added Responsibility Assigned By Superiors To Enhance Ability.
- Counselling The Candidate As Per Their Eligibility And Requirement
- Calling On Various Leads Database To Generate And Convert
- Attend Telephonic Queries And Convert Telephonic Queries In Walk-Ins
- Handling Client Interactions
