We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can handle both video editing and static graphic design for real estate marketing content. The ideal candidate will create engaging visual content — from short-form property videos to social media posts and ad creatives — that supports our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit real estate videos (property walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, promotional clips) for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Design static creatives including social media posts, banners, brochures, and digital ad assets
- Convert raw property footage into polished, platform-optimized video content
- Design visual assets for paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) targeting NRI and domestic landlords
- Develop and maintain branded templates for consistent use across city-specific content
- Collaborate with the content and SEO team to align visuals with campaign messaging and city-level branding
- Manage multiple design/video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines (colors, typography, tone)
- Stay updated on design trends, video formats, and real estate marketing visuals
