We are looking for a confident and energetic Hindi Telecaller to communicate with prospective customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to explain products or services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in Hindi.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM or Excel records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Fluent spoken Hindi (mandatory).
- Basic English or regional language knowledge is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM, email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience.
Salary
- As per company standards and experience.
