About the Opportunity:

Sparsh Health Hub is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Paediatricians who are interested in building a long-term practice and establishing themselves professionally in Alwar city. Freshers and early-career doctors are highly encouraged to apply.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Consultation and treatment of paediatric patients
- OPD management and patient follow-up
- Building long-term patient relationships
- Maintaining medical records and treatment protocols
- Contributing to patient care quality and clinic growth

Eligibility:

- MD/DNB/DCH in Paediatrics
- Freshers preferred
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to relocate and establish practice in Alwar on a long-term basis

Compensation Structure:

- Income will be on a Revenue Sharing Basis + Incentives




- No fixed salary/CTC model
- No cap on earning potential — higher patient footfall directly translates into higher income
- The traditional salary model is an old concept; we believe in a modern healthcare partnership model based on growth and shared success
- No Accomodation

Additional Information:

- OPD sharing model available
- Incentive-based earning opportunities
- Assistance will be provided for RMC registration and local settlement guidance
- No accommodation or conveyance will be provided by Sparsh Health Hub

Working Hours:

- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
