We are looking for a passionate Junior Product Designer to help us build intuitive and beautiful digital experiences. With 6 months of experience, you should have a solid grasp of design fundamentals and a hunger to solve user problems. You will work closely with senior designers and engineers to turn wireframes into high-fidelity, functional interfaces.
Responsibilities (The Daily Work)
UI Design: Execute high-fidelity interface designs for web and mobile platforms based on established design systems.
Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate user flows and interactions to stakeholders.
User Research Support: Assist in conducting usability tests and gathering qualitative data to inform design decisions.
Component Maintenance: Help maintain and scale our internal design library/system to ensure visual consistency.
Collaboration: Work alongside developers to ensure design handoffs are seamless and that the final build matches the vision.
Iterative Design: Take feedback from senior leads and users to refine existing features and improve the overall UX.
Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)
Experience: 6 months of professional experience (internships count) in UI/UX or Product Design.
Tools: Proficiency in Figma is mandatory. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Framer is a plus.
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, logical user flows, and at least 1-2 case studies.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of design principles (typography, grid systems, color theory) and platform constraints (iOS, Android, Web).
Communication: Ability to explain the "why" behind your design choices clearly.
