- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and client follow-ups.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits for the management team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to convert leads into projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, dealers, architects, and other business partners to generate business opportunities.
- Manage client records, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Follow up with clients for payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Track project progress and maintain project records using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain lead database, client records, and project reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project updates and communication.
- Achieve monthly lead generation,



client acquisition, and business development targets.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & Basic English).
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage client databases, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
