Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-focused interior spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing design solutions, preparing design presentations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and overseeing project execution to ensure designs are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and presentation materials.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D renderings, and design specifications.
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design compliance.
- Prepare project budgets, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials,



and design innovations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior design (adjust based on role level).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
