· To close service tickets as per the stipulated turnaround time.

· To help service sales team by generating service leads.

· To communicate properly with customer and should be presentable in front of the customer.

· To take care of installations of systems.

· To oversee the installation and commissioning of energy systems, including KVH optimization system, renewable energy systems (e.g., wind turbines, solar panels), and related infrastructure.

· To ensure that systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards.

· To perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on energy systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· To diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
