Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven SMO Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, graphics, and posting calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.




- Develop creative strategies to improve online visibility and community engagement.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and assist with YouTube promotions when required.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and YouTube Studio.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Experience in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
