Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our healthcare design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and drafting skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to travel for project coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and presentation drawings
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes,



healthcare planning standards, and safety regulations
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings
- Support design revisions, documentation, and approval processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong architectural design and planning skills
- Excellent drafting and detailing capabilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Good understanding of construction practices and building regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel for project requirements

Preferred Skills

- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or institutional projects
- Knowledge of healthcare planning standards and workflows
- Site coordination experience

Experience:- 6 to 8 Years

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
