Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing and content creation. This is an individual contributor role that will manage the day-to-day digital presence of our in-house brands while coordinating with internal specialists across SEO and Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, AI-savvy and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the digital presence of Futuready Media, Orange Videos and All About Marketing.

● Plan and execute social media calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

● Create posts, captions, blogs, newsletters, website content and email campaigns.

● Design social media creatives and marketing assets using Canva.

● Create and edit short-form videos and Reels for social media (preferred).

● Use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to improve research, content

creation and productivity.

● Coordinate with SEO and Performance Marketing specialists to execute integrated

marketing campaigns.





● Update website content using CMS platforms.

● Monitor social media engagement and respond where required.

● Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and platform insights.

● Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.

● Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates and competitor activities.

Key Accountabilities

● Growth in social media reach, engagement and followers.

● Increase in website traffic and organic visibility.

● Timely execution of marketing campaigns and content calendars.

● Consistent brand communication across all digital channels.

● Growth in inbound lead generation.

● Improved email campaign performance.

Required Skills

● Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

● Social media marketing and content creation.

● Content writing and copywriting.

● Canva proficiency.

● Working knowledge of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar).

● Basic understanding of SEO and Meta/Google Ads.

● Email marketing.

● Basic photo/video editing skills.

● Robust communication, organization and project management skills.

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics.

Preferred Skills

● Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.

● Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.

● Experience with CapCut, Adobe Express or Premiere Pro.

● Experience creating Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
