Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating.
- Operate powder coating spray gun and equipment.
- Ensure even coating and required finish quality.
- Load and unload components safely.
- Check coated parts for defects and quality.
- Clean and maintain coating equipment and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
- Report machine issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass or ITI preferred.
- Experience in powder coating is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of coating equipment and safety.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
