We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Student Counsellor to help prospective students choose the right courses and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes.
- Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Schedule and coordinate demo lectures and counselling sessions.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication until admission.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Respond to enquiries received through the website, social media, and other channels.
- Achieve enquiry, demo, and admission targets while maintaining a positive student experience.




- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
