About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in gold, diamond, silver, and bridal jewellery sales, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, antique, temple, and bridal jewellery.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Explain jewellery features, purity, weight, certification, making charges, and pricing with confidence.
- Handle billing support, customer enquiries, product demonstrations, and after-sales service.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showcases are well-organized.
- Support inventory checks, stock handling, and showroom merchandising.
- Follow company sales processes and maintain a premium customer experience.
- Stay updated on new collections, offers, and jewellery trends.

Required Skills





- 3–8 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, bridal, antique, and temple jewellery.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work during weekends, festivals, and peak retail seasons.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a reputed jewellery showroom or luxury retail brand.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Knowledge of English, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of jewellery products, certifications, and customer buying behaviour.
