Job Title: Business development Executive
Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR managed services such as Payroll Management, HRMS solutions, Compliance Management, and HR Outsourcing services.
- Promote and sell service-based HR solutions to organizations across various industries.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Understand client HR, payroll, and compliance requirements and propose suitable managed service solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations for HRMS and payroll platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations, payroll, and HR teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and CRM records.
- Stay updated with market trends, HR technology solutions, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hindi is Mandatory
- Minimum 1year of experience in Business Development / Inside sales within a service-based organization/ Saas Sales / Software sales.
- Experience in selling in HRMS platforms selling, HR outsourcing will be added advantage
- Good understanding of HR processes including payroll management and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build robust client relationships and close deals effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
