The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based intervention for children with speech, language, communication, feeding, swallowing, voice, and fluency disorders. The SLP works collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals to help children achieve their communication goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide one-on-one and group speech-language therapy sessions.
- Set measurable therapy goals and regularly monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, progress notes, discharge reports, and treatment plans.
- Educate and counsel parents/caregivers on home-based intervention strategies.
- Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical reviews.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists,



Behaviour Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and Medical Professionals.
- Conduct reassessments as scheduled and modify intervention plans accordingly.
- Use evidence-based practices and standardized assessment tools.
- Prepare home programs and ensure parent compliance with therapy recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Participate in clinical training, workshops, research activities, and continuous professional development.
- Assist in community awareness programs, parent education sessions, and qualified workshops when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP).
- Master's Degree (MASLP/M.Sc. Speech-Language Pathology) is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
