We are the authorized distributor for Oakley in the sports channel across West India and are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to grow the brand across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit sports and optical stores across West India to introduce Oakley and onboard new retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and store owners.
- Train store staff on Oakley products, features and key selling points.
- Assist and educate customers about Oakley products during store visits.
- Process dealer orders accurately and coordinate timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels and plan replenishment.
- Follow up with dealers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Follow up with dealers for repeat orders, product displays and stock replenishment.
- Represent Oakley at sports expos, exhibitions, events and brand activations.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand Oakley’s retail presence.
- Maintain regular sales, inventory, payment and market-visit reports.
- Take complete ownership of the Oakley business, including sales growth, dealer servicing, collections and brand visibility.

Requirements:

- Robust communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West India.
- Experience in sales, sports retail, eyewear or lifestyle products is preferred.
- Interest in sports and familiarity with Oakley products will be an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and inventory/order-management systems.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
