Job Summary

We are looking for an active and responsible Service Coordinator to coordinate daily service activities, handle customer communication, and support the service team for smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily service calls and assign work to service engineers.
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests and follow-ups.
- Track service engineer site visits and work completion status.
- Maintain service reports, customer details, AMC records, and complaint updates.
- Follow up with engineers for timely closure of service calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, billing, and documentation.
- Prepare daily service updates and reports.




- Visit customer locations if required for service coordination and follow-up.
- Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally and resolved on time.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email handling.
- Ability to manage calls and follow-ups.
- Valuable customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel as per work requirements.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
