Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate – Performance & Growth who is passionate about data-driven marketing and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital campaigns, CRM, website management, and marketing analytics.

You will work closely with the leadership team to optimize marketing campaigns, improve lead quality, manage marketing automation, and drive measurable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads.

Website & Digital Growth

- Manage company website and landing pages.
- Improve SEO, website performance, and user experience.
- Track website traffic and conversion metrics using Google Analytics.

CRM & Marketing Automation

- Manage lead flow between marketing and sales teams.




- Work with CRM platforms such as Zoho, GoHighLevel (GHL), Wati, or similar tools.
- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare marketing dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, CPL, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance.

Brand & Marketing Operations

- Ensure consistency across digital channels and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for successful campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
- 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics
- CRM & Marketing Automation Tools
- Landing Pages & Lead Funnels
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
