Job Opening: Performance Marketer

Position: Performance Marketer
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
Location: zoo road guwahati (Avikash Solutions)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Experience)
Joining: Immediate Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
- Manage campaign budgets and ROI tracking
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Understanding of funnels, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Valuable communication and analytical skills

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with landing page optimization
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Experience in handling multiple client accounts
