- Managing independent projects, programs/ multiple projects independently.
- Manage internal & external Stakeholders in multi-geographies
- Effort estimation
- Resource Planning
- Experience of different kinds of delivery and commercial models
- Monitor & Control Testing Cycles using Test Management Tools
- Monitor/Control KPIs & Publish
- Excellent people Management Skills
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required to ensure smooth execution of programs
- Documenting periodic status reports and dashboards
- Writing SOW and periodic billing to customers
- Continuous process improvements, DevOps, Automation, Performance engineering
- Mentoring teams, employee engagement, etc.
- Development Experience - Desirable




- Experience in Program management of development projects
- Experience in Complex Customer Handling, Vendor Management, etc.
- Good understanding of Cloud, Analytics, Mobile and DevOps
- Strong Communication Skills (Both written & verbal).
- Engineering or Technical Degrees (BE/B.Tech/BCA/ME/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA).
- PMP and Six Sigma Certifications would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
