We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with 4–6 years of experience in managing, monitoring, and optimizing enterprise databases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, database replication, performance tuning, monitoring tools, and secure data transfer mechanisms. Experience with up-to-date monitoring stacks and event streaming platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise database environments.
- Manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including backup, recovery, replication, and performance tuning.
- Administer NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Configure and manage MySQL Replication for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Monitor database health, availability, storage utilization, and performance.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform database backup, restoration, migration, and capacity planning.
- Manage secure file transfers using SFTP.
- Configure and maintain Apache HTTP Server as required for database-supported applications.
- Implement monitoring and log aggregation using:
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- Support secure messaging and event streaming using Apache Kafka.
- Ensure database security, access control, auditing, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational manuals.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure,



and DevOps teams for deployment and troubleshooting.
- Participate in performance optimization, patch management, and database upgrades.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology, OR
- M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), OR
- MCA, OR
- Equivalent higher qualification from a recognized university.

Required Experience

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Database Administration.
- Experience in managing enterprise database environments.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience in database replication, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Linux server environments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
