Position: Sales Support Team Associate

Job Responsibilities

- Explain membership packages and benefits over phone and in person.
- Read, write, and speak Bengali fluently to communicate with customers. (must be familiar with Abhra language)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Eligibility

- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Bengali fluently. (must be familiar with Abhra language)
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer service skills.




- Sales or customer support experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
