Nature of Work:

- Knowledge of Sheet Metal Operation

- Knowledge of Laser, TPP & Bending Process

- Knowledge of ISO 9000

- Knowledge of ERP System

- Knowledge of Drawing reading

- Able to manage 40 no’s Team Size

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for all process About Press Shop.
- Resolving Production issue Occurred in shift.
- Set work sequences and communicating to the subordinate and ensure.
- Update Daily Production Reports
- Take necessary actions and decisions to control Rejection/Rework




- Maintains quality products by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Provide training enhancing technical skills of Casuals and workman.
- Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.
- Investigate production and process issues providing technical support.
- Ensure and update production entries in ERP system.
- Move material daily basis to next operation.
- Rearrange Production sequences according to Internal as well as external Customer needs.
- Provides suggestions and valid inputs for existing product as well as for recent product development.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest and implement improvements.
- Shift change & Extra hours duty form filling.
