Job Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.

Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding services, solutions, and products.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure the successful execution of client projects.

Analyze client feedback and propose strategies for improving service delivery.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in alignment with company policies.

Maintain accurate financial records using Tally for invoicing, billing, and client transactions.

Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any billing or payment issues.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
